On April 04, 1996, Tupac is sentenced to 120 days in jail for not serving 15 days with a freeway cleanup crew as part of his probation for assaulting Allen Hughes. He is given until June 7, 1996 to surrender, but he is allowed to remain free awaiting appeal.
