Contained on this DVD is some very rare and previously unleaked footage of two legends from the bay. E-40 has always had a very big presence in the North Bay in California, and on September 19, 1993, for his video shoot for ''Practice Lookin'Hard'' (his second video as solo artist) the bay showed love right back. 2pac, Boots, Lil Bruce, B-Legit, D-Shot, Suga-T, and others showed up to support 40, and make cameos in the video. The shooting was an all-day event in a local park, and this approximately 25-minute camcorder footage captures different moments throughout the day. See E-40 arriving on-set, and then 2Pac arriving at the park - his presence causing and instant buzz among and crowd.
