Where Do We Go From Here - 2Pac, Y?N-Vee (January 31. 1994)
Date: January 31. 1994
Producers: Tony Pizarro & 2Pac
Samples: Bootsy Collins - May The Force Be With You; Bootsy & The Rubber Band ? Very Yes
"Where Do We Go from Here" is an interlude by 2Pac, featuring Y.N.V, recorded between January 27-31, 1994 at Blue Palm Studios, North Hollywood, CA and produced by Stretch & 2Pac. It was probably mixed by Tony Pizarro during the early stages of the Stay True project, like a lot of other Stretch produced songs. The interlude was one of the 2 instances, where Amaru used an original 1994 mix, because they could not find the Master (the other track being "R U Still Down (Remember Me)"). This is probably why it was miscredited to Tony Pizarro and Westlake Studios on the retail release ("Pizarro reels"/ 1/2"s).
Sample: Bootsy Collins – May the Force Be With You
The guitar (and perhaps other instruments) was most likely replayed in the studio.
The track appeared on handwritten tracklists circa February 1994 and pretty much disappeared afterwards. It was one of the 14 tracks Tupac wanted to release in 1995 on a follow-up album (R U Still Down) to MATW while in jail, which was scrapped just days before he got out of jail.

“They got toys for guns/ Jails for guns/ But no jobs for guns.”
Tupac likes to add effects to his vocals; Chuck D-style reverbs and echoes that give his voice that Godly quality. He instructs his engineer, a Blackman at a Black-owned studio, to isolate the track so he can perfect the pitch.
In exactly 12 hours, Tupac will be required to appear in a Los Angeles municipal court for a case filed agaist him by Allen Hughes, one half of the directorial team that bought us Menace II Society.
