R U Still Down - 2Pac (1994)

"Raise em Up" is a re-recording of "R U Still Down", that was recorded around April-May 1994 and produced, engineered and mixed by Tony Pizarro at Encore Studios.

The reason for recording this was perhaps the argument about the original RUSD that Banned knows better about. But it seems this song had been recorded before the original was scrapped from Stay True, so perhaps Pac wanted a "remix" as a B-side

The mix we have was created in 1994 by Pizarro. It seems Amaru didn't have the reel and released an old mix (similar to "Where Do We Go From Here"). A cassette (DAT?) rip of the unmastered mix leaked months before the release of the album R U Still Down? (Remember Me) on a bootleg titled Makaveli 6.
